How it started
Evidence Support Services was founded in response to a growing need for quality group home care that goes beyond basic custodial services. The founders — professionals with backgrounds in special education, social work, and healthcare — recognized the gap between care that is merely supportive and care that is transformative. Inspired by both personal and professional experiences, they launched ESS to provide evidence-based, person-centered services that truly change lives.
